Compensation Details

We offer a competitive package with a base hourly rate based on experience and skills, plus uncapped commissions on membership sales. Top performers can earn an additional $2 - $4 per hour in commissions, providing substantial earning potential.

Role Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance targets such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on benefits
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships
• Promote sales, promotions, and events passionately
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The Sales Associate role includes a varied schedule with weekends, daytime, evening, and holiday hours. Flexibility is preferred.
