Goodwill NCW is seeking a part-time retail associate at the Waupaca Store, WI. You will scan items, process payments, and uphold cash handling standards while delivering friendly customer service. You will educate customers on the Round Up and Good Points programs, restock shelves, assist shoppers, and keep the store clean and safe.

What You'll Get To Do:

• Ensures customer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately scanning tickets and processing payment while following cash handling standards.

• Operates telephone including professionally answering calls and operating the paging system.
• Ensures items are properly displayed, pulled, and restocked in alignment with merchandising standards and leadership guidance.
• Assists customers in locating items when possible or seeks assistance for the customer if unable to help.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area; completes opening/closing checklists and supports general cleaning, including parking lot maintenance.

Qualifications: What We Need From You:

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Excellent communication and customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate a cash register and accurately count money.
• Basic math skills required.

• Experience with computers or willingness and ability to learn.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings and weekends with regular and timely attendance In accordance with the assigned work schedule.

• Reach (approximately 54 inches).
• Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch.
• Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks.
