Job summary

Responsibilities

• Scan tickets and process payments accurately following cash handling standards.
• Educate customers on Round Up program to meet goals.
• Inform customers about Good Points program to meet goals.
• Operate telephone and paging system professionally.
• Display, pull, and restock items per merchandising standards.
• Help customers locate items or call for assistance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and complete opening/closing checklists and general cleaning, including parking lot maintenance.

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Ensures customer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately scanning tickets and processing payment while following cash handling standards.
• Educates customers on Round Up program to achieve program goals.
• Informs customers on Good Points program to achieve program goals.
• Operates telephone including professionally answering calls and operating the paging system.
• Ensures items are properly displayed, pulled, and restocked in alignment with merchandising standards and leadership guidance.
• Assists customers in locating items when possible or seeks assistance for the customer if unable to help.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area; completes opening/closing checklists and supports general cleaning, including parking lot maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
