Job summary

Jimmy Choo is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the brand in a premium retail environment in California. You will deliver elevated customer experiences, build lasting relationships with high-end clientele, and work with management to reach ambitious sales targets.

You will maintain expert product knowledge across shoes and accessories, act as a brand ambassador, and ensure impeccable visual standards. The role requires a proactive, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a luxury retail

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele.
• Self-starter with the ability to drive results.
• Curious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professional.
• Customer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagement.
• Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience during and after sale service.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships.
• Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets.

• Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times.
• Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening/closing, cash handling, and financial duties.
