Job summary

Lumber Liquidators in Tigard, OR is seeking a part-time sales associate to drive revenue and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will engage customers, upsell products, and manage showroom merchandising.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail/sales experience, strong communication, and are bilingual in Spanish a bonus. Forklift certification is required before operating equipment. Schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Sell and upsell to meet revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Merchandise and maintain an organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management and daily store operations.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
• Participate in promotional events and special projects to boost sales.
