Job summary

Camper is seeking a Sales Associate for a department store in Paris - La Fayette. You will join the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience, drive sales, and uphold the brand image and values.

Ideal candidates have experience in fashion/retail, strong communication, and a proactive, team-focused attitude. French and English fluency is required; other languages are a plus.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
• Provide personalised advice based on each customer’s needs.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Support product replenishment and ensure products are correctly displayed.
• Assist with visual merchandising activities.
• Manage cash desk operations and daily store activities.
• Support the receipt, control and organisation of stock.
• Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment in line with company standards.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good level of French and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Interest in fashion, design and product.
