Job summary

Sézane seeks a part-time Sales Advisor to join the team on the Upper East Side, New York, NY. Represent the Brand by engaging clients in their shopping experience, while maintaining high service standards and product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fashion retail or customer service, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule with weekend availability. Compensation is $22 per hour.

• 3–5 years of fashion retail experience or customer service roles.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in their shopping experience at the store.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and product knowledge.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships with follow-up as needed.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained.

We are seeking the talents of a part-time Sales Advisor to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey. The position is based in Upper East Side in New York, NY.

Your missions will be the following:

• Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in their shopping experience at the store.


• Maintain a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational procedures.


• Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed.


• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.


• Ensure visual standards are maintained.

Your profile :

• Minimum of 3-5 years of fashion retail experience or customer service roles.


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask is a must.


• Team player and positive attitude.


• Flexible schedule is preferred and open availability on weekends is required.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

$22 per hour
