Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Sales Associate for the Anchorage, Alaska territory. You will be paired with an experienced Sales Professional, prospect new accounts, manage customers, and travel within the territory.

The program includes mentorship, hands-on training, and a clear path to promotion after the two-year program. Starting salaries are estimated between $60,000 and $65,000 with up to 15% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• One to two years' sales or construction experience/training; a bachelor's degree may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new accounts.
• Learn basic product features and benefits and present to prospects.
• Provide product demonstrations.
• Offer basic technical support for named product sets.
• Visit job sites to support installations and build knowledge.
• Manage dealer and end-user relationships.
• Hold distributor demonstrations.
• Manage activities through Salesforce.com.
