Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is the industry’s leading provider of roofing maintenance solutions. In this Outside Sales Associate role, you will join a high-energy sales team in the commercial roofing sector and start with a structured, 18–24 month hands-on training with an experienced representative.

Travel within the assigned territory is required. The salary range generally falls between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on qualifications and needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) preferred.
• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years in sales.
• Former athletes encouraged to apply.
• Must have a valid drivers' license.
• Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
• Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Must be willing to participate in the year-long training program.
• Self-motivated and great organizational skills.
• Goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales skills in the commercial roofing sector.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.
