Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) invites motivated individuals to join its Sales Associate program. You will be paired with an experienced Sales Professional to learn, prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, and travel within the Anchorage, Alaska territory.

The 4th Annual Associate Program starts Sept 1 with a starting salary between $60,000 and $65,000 plus up to 15% bonus potential. Mentorship and shadowing opportunities are provided throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to two years' sales or construction experience and/or training; degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new accounts.
• Learn basic product features and benefits and convey this to prospective users.
• Provide product demonstrations.
• Offer basic technical support of named product sets.
• Visit job sites to support installations and build knowledge.
• Manage select dealer and end user relationships.
• Hold distributor demonstration events.
• Manage activities through Salesforce.com.
