GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut’s success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping environment, resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and goal-driven approach
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
