GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to our success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plans and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and making meaningful connections.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensure displays and inventory are clean and organized, and secure company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $15.58 per hour. Compensation includes base pay, potential bonuses, commissions, and benefits such as healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts.
