General Function

Our Sales Associates are vital to our success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and achieve company objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain store appearance, keeping displays and inventory organized and secure.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results and goal achievement
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly

Additional Information

Pay Range: $15.50 - $19.90 per hour. Compensation includes potential bonuses and commissions, with benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts.
