GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through making personal connections, attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences, resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory organized and attractive, and secure all assets.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
