La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries by Lebco Industries in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and effective communication. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential.

You will greet customers, recommend furniture and home décor, build relationships for repeat business, and work toward monthly targets while staying current on product trends and inventory.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in furniture or retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand needs.
