La-Z-Boy Incorporated in College Station is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and effective communication. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential.

You will greet customers, recommend furniture, build relationships, and participate in promotions while maintaining a polished sales floor. 100% commission structure with training and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with commission-based role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of interior design is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or interior design is a plus.
