Pacific Life Insurance Company in Omaha, NE is seeking a Sales Associate for an onsite role four days a week. You will support the CMD sales team, making outbound calls to advisors, and participate in prospecting and cross-selling activities to drive business.

The role includes mentorship and paid study time to obtain SIE, Series 6/7, and Series 63, with base pay of $25.00–$26.50 per hour and a strong focus on relationship building and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6/7, and Series 63 within 90 days of starting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships over the phone.
• Ability to prospect for leads and follow up on them.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist advisors by providing support to the Wholesaling Teams.
• Make outbound prospecting/cross-selling, campaign and appointment calls to advisors at the direction of Field Wholesaler/Internal Wholesaler teams.
• Provide overall support to the department interns.
• Shadow Internal Wholesalers to understand how to become successful in selling our products to clients.
