Overview

Pacific Life is hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives in Omaha who do not yet hold FINRA licenses. We will sponsor the entire licensing process, helping you earn your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 6 within the first eight weeks of hire. After licensing, you will transition to a hybrid schedule with one in‑office day per week and move to our licensed pay scale. This is an excellent opportunity for people who enjoy helping others and want to build a career in financial services.

What You’ll Do

• Handle 50–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals.
• Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details.
• Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism.
• Process requests and document interactions in internal systems.
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Compensation

Starting hourly rate is $26–$28 per hour, plus an annual bonus. After earning your FINRA Series 6 license, you will be automatically promoted and considered for an increase to our licensed pay scale. Most employees are also eligible for additional incentive pay.
