Job summary

Pacific Life in Omaha is hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives who will be sponsored to obtain FINRA SIE and Series 6 licenses. The first 8 weeks are onsite with paid training, then a hybrid schedule with one in-office day per week.

The role handles 40–60 inbound calls daily and guides policyholders through transactions and account activity. The position requires 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and comfort with multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in call center, banking, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
• Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
• Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
• Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
