Job summary

Pacific Life in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Consumer Markets Division (CMD) sales team. The role involves outbound calls to advisors, campaign activities, and appointment setting to assist Field and Internal Wholesalers.

Base pay ranges from $25.00 to $26.50 per hour (level I–II) with eligibility for incentives. The position offers paid study time and mentorship to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6/7, and Series 63 licenses within 90 days of starting.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6/7, and Series 63 within 90 days of starting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships over the phone.
• Ability to prospect for leads and follow up on them.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors by providing support to the Wholesaling Teams.
• Make outbound prospecting/cross-selling, campaign and appointment calls to advisors at the direction of specific Field Wholesaler/Internal Wholesaler teams.
• Provide overall support to the department interns.
• Shadow Internal Wholesalers to understand how to become successful in selling our products to our client base.
