Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences and provide world-class service to our valued consumers every day. From educating consumers about our products, in-store promotions, and events to supporting the store team in achieving company goals and initiatives, this role offers growth potential alongside industry’s finest teammates and partners.

What You'll Do

1. Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M service model.
2. Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
3. Learn & assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
4. Support team members in daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, and maintaining store standards.
5. Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve sales and performance metrics.
6. Adhere to Crocs Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and compliance procedures.

What You'll Bring to the Table

1. Must be 16 years or older.
2. Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance.
3. Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
4. Ability to move merchandise, place and arrange items, climb ladders, lift 30 pounds or more, stand and move around the store for long periods, and read and input information into a computer.
