From essay coaching software and SAT/AP test prep to mentored internships and research programs, our suite of supplemental educational products is designed to support students and educational consultants at every stage of the college journey.

As we expand our reach, we’re seeking a driven, education-savvy Sales Associate (Remote) to spearhead sales efforts, support consultants, and lead product demos and training. If you’re passionate about the college prep market, skilled at sales coaching, and fluent in EdTech tools, we’d love to connect.

What You'll Do

Drive B2B sales growth by building relationships with Independent Educational Consultants (IECs), onboarding them to our platform, and supporting their success with our product suite throughout their membership in the Launch Private IEC Community. Deliver compelling product demos and training sessions to prospective clients, highlighting the value and outcomes of our offerings

  • Train IECs on how to effectively sell, implement, and support products for their students including:

-SAT & AP Test Prep

-College Essay Coaching Packages

-Mentored Research and Internship Programs

-Essay Management and Feedback Software/Packages.

  • Support inbound leads through consultative sales, ensuring each family or consultant finds the right-fit solution.
  • Maintain sales pipeline activity using tools like HubSpot, with strong follow-up and personalized outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Upper Management, Student Success, Operations, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to inform product improvements, address client needs, and align messaging
  • Represent Launch and Prompt at virtual and in-person education conferences, networking events, and industry forums as requested.

Who You Are

  • A sales professional with 3+ years experience in education sales with educational consultants, preferably in college counseling, tutoring, or academic software, demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • A professional with a deep knowledge of the college admissions ecosystem, including the role of IECs and supplemental education services.
  • A confident trainer and presenter with a talent for teaching others how to sell and implement educational tools, able to adapt their training style to diverse learning needs.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM and sales platforms (i.e., HubSpot), Zoom, Google Workspace, and other relevant EdTech software.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote-first, collaborative environment and is excited to help grow a mission-driven business.
  • A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Are familiar with the needs of Gen Z students and families navigating the modern college admissions process
  • Have led product launches or client onboarding in an EdTech environment
  • Are comfortable analyzing sales metrics and refining outreach strategies accordingly
  • Have experience building scalable sales training systems.
  • Salary range: $60,000–$80,000/year depending on experience, plus bonus
  • Location: Fully remote work.
