Job summary

Club Pilates, a global boutique fitness brand, is hiring a Sales Associate to partner with the General Manager to drive membership growth and deliver a premium experience.

You’ll connect with prospects, guide them into Demo Classes, and build lasting relationships while maintaining a high-energy, first-impression presence.

With uncapped commissions, base pay of $12/hour, and opportunities into leadership, this role offers growth in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or sales experience required.
• Fitness, yoga, or wellness sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling memberships or packages is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets.
• Professional, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with social media and client engagement.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Availability for evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales cycle: lead generation → follow-up → close
• Build authentic relationships with prospects and members
• Conduct studio tours and personalize the experience
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Promote Pilates as a lifestyle and wellness solution
• Book and manage Demo Class appointments

Position: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll partner with the General Manager to:

• Drive new membership growth
• Connect with prospects and guide them into Demo Classes
• Build meaningful relationships with members
• Deliver a premium, “Blue Carpet” level experience from first interaction to long-term retention
