Job summary

The onboarding lasts 10–12 weeks, after which you may assume Territory Representative duties. Relocation to a designated region is expected once a future role opens, with growth supported by coaching, training, and events.

• Willingness to relocate within a designated region after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Representatives in meeting sales goals.
• Cover territories to support vacations or leaves.
• Manage territory logistics and CRM/enterprise systems to drive sales and profitability.
• Provide customer-centric service and expert product knowledge.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and promote Benjamin Moore values.
