Job summary

Lumber Liquidators in Dayton, OH is seeking a sales-driven part-time associate to help customers design the floors and spaces they love. Base pay is $15.00 per hour, plus monthly commission with no cap and performance bonuses.

You will merchandise the showroom, handle POS transactions, manage inventory, and strive to exceed revenue targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities
