Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Associate to drive individual sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer service in our luxury boutique. You will develop lasting client relationships and maintain the store’s aesthetic.

Candidates should show strong product knowledge across collections, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask while standing for long periods. Bilingual English and Mandarin is preferred for serving a diverse clientele in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales preferred.
• Strong customer service and ability to build trusting relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Preferred bilingual English and Mandarin.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday, reach and bend to access merchandise, occasionally use a ladder, and unpack or lift large boxes.
