Job summary

Brobston Group in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the boutique’s high-end aesthetic. You will develop client relationships, maintain product knowledge, and support after-sales service.

The role requires prior retail experience in jewelry or luxury goods, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities, with the ability to build effective customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday, reach and bend to access products, occasionally use a ladder, and unpack or lift large product boxes.
