Job summary

Aaron’s Sales Associates on the showroom floor in Colorado Springs/Greeley area engage directly with customers to help them find the right products and drive sales. The role includes cleaning and moving merchandise, with training provided to ensure safe handling of items.

Eligible for an incentive program based on performance and a comprehensive benefits package. Position is primarily on-site with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, teamwork, and upholding Aaron’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
