The Aaron's Company, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to join our showroom team in Salem, Oregon. You will engage customers, help them find products, and process purchases while delivering friendly, high-energy service.

This role includes light clerical tasks and stocking responsibilities. Salary ranges from $15.55 to $16.75 per hour, with incentive pay based on performance. We offer benefits such as health, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and career advancement opportunities to eligible

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• High energy with the ability to perform all store functions.
• Pay range may vary by location and business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
