Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. in Indio is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers, help them select products, and keep the showroom clean and organized. You will also assist with moving merchandise and perform clerical duties to support store operations.

The role pays $17.00–$18.25 per hour with eligibility for incentive pay, plus benefits such as PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an employee purchase program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers in person and on the telephone.
