Aaron's Orlando location is hiring a sales associate to help customers select products, keep the showroom organized, and assist with clerical tasks. The role is on-site with varied hours and a friendly team environment.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and protecting the Aaron's brand on the showroom floor. Training and tools will be provided to ensure safe handling of merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Job description

The salary for this role is $14.00 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Aaron's Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You'll drive sales by engaging directly with customers and assisting them in finding just what they need. At times, you'll help clean, organize and even move merchandise. All of that can be physically demanding, but we'll make sure you have the training and tools to do that part of the job safely. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store.

• Maintain a professional appearance.
