Job summary

Aaron's, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to engage with customers on the showroom floor and help them find the right products. This role involves physical tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, with training provided to perform these duties safely.

The position offers an hourly wage between $15.50 and $16.75 plus performance-based incentive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work hours 9:00 am – 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Sales Associate

The salary range for this role is $15.50 to $16.75 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Aaron’s Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You’ll drive sales by engaging directly with customers and assisting them in finding just what they need. At times, you’ll help clean, organize and even move merchandise. All of that can be physically demanding, but we’ll make sure you have the training and tools to do that part of the job safely. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store.
• Proper telephone etiquette.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
