GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the key link in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sports performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and customer service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Provide an unmatched customer experience through genuine connection, attention to detail, and offering solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Protect all company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Ability to sell using effective sales techniques and accountability for results, with a goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment
