GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work collaboratively to achieve individual and store objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and developing new ones.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through personalized attention, attention to detail, and offering suitable solutions for customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by building strong, professional relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating all customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Strong sales skills with a focus on achieving results and meeting goals
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
