GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are crucial in ensuring customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work collaboratively to meet store objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by nurturing existing customer relationships and developing new ones.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and effective solutions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with colleagues, management, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and organized, and secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Adaptability to new technology and processes with high accuracy
• Strong sales skills and accountability for results
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
