Leif Inc. in New York is seeking a part-time sales support associate to energize the sale floor, assist customers, and drive sales alongside a full-time team member at our Williamsburg locations.

Starting pay is $20–$21 per hour based on experience, with shifts 3–4 days per week (6–8 hours) and 11am–7pm on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales transactions on POS, accurately ringing up and packing items with care.
• Offer guidance and make sales with energetic, authentic interaction.
• Restock merchandise after every sale and refresh the sales floor throughout the day.
• Monitor online orders and prep them for fulfillment.
• Keep back stock neat and replenish supplies throughout the day.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear written/verbal communication.
• Maintain storefront cleanliness and organization.

About the role:

This part time role offers support and assistance on the sales floor as needed, working in sync with a full time staff member. This important support role is designed for someone who shines on the sales floor, a naturally charismatic, dynamic person with a gift for interacting with customers and making sales, who enjoys a busy day in retail.

Location :

This position may work out of either of our Williamsburg locations, 99 Grand Street or 319 Graham Ave.

Schedule:

3-4 days per week; shifts may vary from 6 to 8 hours. Full day (11am-7pm) and weekend availability is required.

Compensation:

$20—$21/hr starting wage based on recent/relevant experience

Responsibilities include :

• Conduct sales transactions on POS, accurately ringing up and packing items with care and attention
• Being an all-star salesperson by offering suggestions/guidance and making sales while conveying an energetic authenticity and friendly familiarity with customers.
• Promptly and thoroughly restocking merchandise after every sale and refreshing/maintaining the sales floor throughout the day
• Monitoring online orders and prepping them for fulfillment
• Keeping back stock neat and organized, restocking and replenishing supplies throughout the day
• Customer service while exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication
• Maintaining the storefront (organizing, cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, etc).
