Niconeco is seeking a friendly Sales Associate / Marketing Coordinator for a hybrid role in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The position blends customer service on the shop floor with active support for our marketing team, including content planning and media capture.

Ideal candidates will be dependable, organized, and comfortable in a small team. Experience with Instagram, Shopify, or POS systems is a plus; photo/video editing skills are welcomed. Part-time with a friendly, creative work environment.

Type: Part-Time 3-4 days weekly

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, creative team member to join us in a hybrid role that blends retail and marketing. You’ll assist customers on the shop floor, help with restocking and merchandising, and provide support and ideas to our marketing team.

Responsibilities

In the Shop:

Greet and assist customers with warmth and care

Operate the POS system and handle purchases

Restock, tidy displays, and pack online orders

Learn and share product knowledge

Marketing Support:

• Assist with planning social media content, events, and pop-ups
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments from the shop and café
• Help edit photos and videos for digital use

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, dependable, and organized
