GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every customer has the best experience. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and taking optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements with optical tools and consult with opticians as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain displays and inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and calculators
• Ability to embrace new technology with high accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly
