GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are key to providing a rewarding customer experience that enhances their sports performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, meet sales and service goals, share product knowledge, and collaborate with your team to achieve objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by nurturing existing customer relationships and developing new ones.
• Create a memorable customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and offering tailored solutions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, building professional relationships with colleagues, management, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Protect company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating all customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Willingness to adopt new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Strong sales skills and accountability for results, with a goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly
