Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu is seeking a energetic Retail Sales Associate to guide guests through the shopping experience in a busy Waikiki venue. You will greet visitors, answer questions, process sales at the POS, handle payments, and keep displays neat and stocked to meet guest expectations.

Ideal candidates are friendly, calm under pressure, and able to offer product knowledge with enthusiasm while maintaining a clean, organized store and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Hard Rock merchandise is a unique part of our business, which requires a special person to create the experience.
