Job summary

Nell Hill's in Missouri is seeking a warm, detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our Home Textiles & Design team. You’ll help customers select fabrics, bedding, and décor while learning about color, texture, and materials. This is a full-time role in a locally owned furniture and home accessories shop.

Experience in retail or design is a plus, but not required; we’ll teach the rest. Weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people.
• Retail, customer service, or design-related experience is a plus - not required.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a busy environment.
• Comfortable with computers; Shopify experience is a bonus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Weekend availability required.
