Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Minimum lifting 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint, pipes, wood, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
