Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smart phones and tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by locating empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as required.
