Responsibilities

• Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers’ needs.
• Directs customers to merchandise; informs them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service.
• Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Uses a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customers.

Qualifications

• Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Previous Retail Experience preferred but not required.
