Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail salon environment. You’ll greet customers, educate them on tanning services, and drive membership sales while delivering exceptional experiences.

Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and a positive, energetic attitude. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
