Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our energetic team. In this role you will help customers select tanning services, explain UV and sunless options, and promote memberships to drive store revenue.

You'll greet customers, process transactions with our POS system, maintain a clean salon, and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
