Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. Greet customers, educate on tanning services, drive sales to meet targets, and process transactions using POS systems. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
