Palm Beach Tan is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment where you help customers look and feel their best.

You will greet customers, educate them on tanning services, and drive sales by meeting revenue goals while processing transactions on POS and keeping the salon clean and welcoming.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred; a positive, energetic attitude and flexibility for evenings and weekends are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
