Job summary

COS is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers and embody the brand's heart. You will guide shoppers through their journey with warm, proactive service and help showcase COS products in a welcoming environment.

This Full-Time role (32–40 hours/week) offers a $18.00/hour compensation plus extensive benefits, including a 25% staff discount on COS products and health coverage. You’ll work with a team to create delightful shopping experiences for all customers.

While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with textile materials are nice to have, they\'re not mandatory.
