Job summary

COS is seeking a Sales Associate in our New Jersey store to greet customers and help guide their shopping journey with warmth and enthusiasm. You’ll assist on the sales floor, at the cash desk, in fitting rooms, and with deliveries, stock replenishment and merchandising of the latest garments.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, trend awareness, and teamwork. Prior retail experience is valued but not required, and part-time hours offer flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

As a Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to provide customers with high level service at every turn. From initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with textile materials are nice to have, they're not mandatory.

Compensation:$17.00
